Daniel F. Monte is President of the Rose Hill Group, and has been an active lender and mortgage banker for nearly 30 years. He started his first mortgage banking firm with partners John Fenoglio and Hal Holliday in 1989, and since then has originated and advised on more than $1 billion of commercial real estate transactions. Dan graduated from the University of Washington, and is a New York State Licensed Real Estate Broker.

Thomas F. Grzebinski II is a Vice President and Originator for The Rose Hill Group, and has been with the firm or its predecessors since 2003. Grzebinski graduated from Canisius College, with a dual BS in Marketing and Management, and an MBA in Finance. Grzebinski holds a New York Real Estate Associate Broker's License.
