Daniel F. Monte is President of the Rose Hill Group, and has been an active lender and mortgage banker for over 30 years. He started his first mortgage banking firm with partners John Fenoglio and Hal Holliday in 1989, and since then has originated and advised on more than $2 billion of commercial real estate transactions. Dan graduated from the The University of Washington and is a New York State Licensed Real Estate Broker.

Nanette K. Carlevarini is a Vice President with the Rose Hill Group, and is responsible for loan closings and office administration. Nan has been with the firm since its formation, following seven years of closing and administrative experience with RHG’s predecessors. Nan holds a New York Real Estate Salesperson License.

Thomas F. Grzebinski II is a Vice President and Originator for The Rose Hill Group, and has been with the firm or its predecessors since 2003. Grzebinski graduated from Canisius College, with a dual BS in Marketing and Management, and an MBA in Finance. Grzebinski holds a New York Real Estate Associate Broker’s License.
