The Rose Hill Group of WNY Ltd. was founded by Daniel Monte in 2006. Mr. Monte formed the company with key employees from his GMAC / Capmark Upstate New York operation, to serve as a specialty provider of mortgage banking and financial advisory services to commercial real estate lenders and developers.
Mr. Monte has enjoyed nearly 30 years of experience in the field, with a focus on the Upstate New York markets. RHG’s employees collectively have over 100 years of experience in real estate financial services.
